Working on Anna

Honestly all I’ve been doing this week is working on Anna.

I know, I know. That doesn’t leave much to show. It’s kinda boring. I’ve been avoiding working on the big Disney piece until I got some new needle threaders. Now that I have them, I might switch to working on that at night, and working on Anna during the day.

Thankfully I’m almost finished with Anna. This is what she looks like right now:

The picture doesn’t really do her justice. Her crown is sparkly, and the bits of green on her skirt have some gold metallic backstitching which lends a subtle sparkle to it.

I’ll be working on Anna as much as possible until she’s done! After that I might dedicate a full week to the big Disney piece before starting another project. Maybe one of my remaining ornaments. Maybe something else. Who knows?

Lately I’ve been catching up on some netflix watching. I finished PLL (Pretty Little Liars) and started The Punisher (the series). I’m still eagerly awaiting the next season of Insatiable and Santa Clarita Diet, both being AMAZING shows!

I’ve also started rewatching the old TV show The Munsters. I think I enjoy it more now than I did as a kid lol

Crookshanks is back to full health, which is good. It’s also getting cold around here so both cats have become a bit more snuggly (can’t complain about that!).

I’ve been trying to get ready for Halloween around here. Little things like watching more horror themed stuff, and considering if I want to work on any Halloween themed projects. I don’t know if I’ll decorate this year. The sister’s kids tend to get into stuff and destroy them for no reason, so it may not be safe to decorate. I guess we’ll see.

That’s really about it for now. Until next time, Happy Stitching!
