Anna is finished!

Anna is finished! At long long last, Anna is finished.

On October 4th (yes, a full month after I started her) I finally finished stitching Anna! I even laced her onto a backing. I still have to find a frame that fits and looks good with her, but she’s finally finished! Here’s the end result:

With Anna finshed I worked a little bit on the Disney project Rachel sent me. So far it’s mostly just bits of sky:

A touch of Disney sky

I also took a bit of a break on Friday, and played more of The Evil Within 2 again.

I’m so glad I’m passed the bit with the ghost lady. It’s the only part of the game that even remotely scares me lol. I did end up fully upgrading all my weapons though, so kills are super easy!

Yesterday I did some knitting as well.

I don’t knit often these days, but with cooler weather upon us I decided to beef up my cold weather apparel a little.

First: A face mask shaped to not fog up my glasses, knit in Hufflepuff Yellow: (Ravelry pattern here)

My mug, covered in yellow

And then I decided I need a new hat, this one longer than the ones I have, to fully cover my ears. I found an ear warmer pattern that I’m now using as the brim of a beanie style hat (Ravelry pattern here). Here’s what I have so far on that:

Anna is finished, so I'm on to other projects

With October and Spooky Month in full swing, I’ve been watching stuff, and making patterns.

What I’ve been watching on what day:

1st- Nightmare Before Christmas

2nd- Halloween Wars

3rd- Halloween Baking Championships

4th- All Hallow’s Eve

5th- The Munsters

6th- Saw IV

7th- Walking Dead season premier. (it’s not on just yet. It’s 1pm right now, but I’m NOT MISSING the season premier.)

What have I been creating for the shop?

Last week I told you I’ve been making a few patterns, and I’ve made a few more since then. Here’s a preview of what will be coming to my etsy shop soon:

‘Normal’. Ha!

That’s really it for now. So until next time, Happy Stitching!
